RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an E-Commerce Product Owner.
Summary:
Join a fast-paced digital team where you'll shape the future of an international e-commerce experience. In this role, you will take full ownership of a key area of the website - whether it's checkout, account management, navigation, or customer experience - and lead its strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple markets. You'll ensure that customers around the world enjoy a seamless, consistent, and intuitive online journey. What You'll Do:
* Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area across global markets
* Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iterative improvement
* Work closely with Product Managers in other regions to create a cohesive, end-to-end website strategy
* Facilitate alignment across teams, ensuring clarity around ownership, dependencies, and priorities
* Translate customer insights and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
* Prioritize the product backlog using data, impact, effort, and performance metrics
* Collaborate daily with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions
* Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for your domain
* Continuously enhance user experience and conversion through experimentation and iteration
* Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree is a plus
* Experienced in eCommerce (3+ years) and hands-on Agile product management
* A forward-thinking eCommerce professional with a passion for creating streamlined, customer-centric digital experiences
* Skilled with JIRA and Confluence, with a strong grasp of workflow optimization
* Knowledgeable in SEO, analytics, and user behavior, and comfortable using data to drive decisions
* A proactive, solution-oriented team player who excels in fast-moving, collaborative environments
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* An excellent communicator who can articulate ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
