Summary

ROLE: Program Manager (Asset Management Domain)



Key Requirements:

Strong Program/Project Management experience within Asset Management

Expertise across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions

Knowledge of investment products - Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs

Experience in portfolio management, trade lifecycle, settlements, fund accounting, NAV, and performance reporting

Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG)

Exposure to sales & distribution, intermediary and institutional business

Strong stakeholder, risk, vendor, and delivery management experience

Experience working with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence

Preferred Technical Exposure:

AWS Cloud, DevOps/Jenkins

ETL/Data Pipelines, AWS Glue, Snowflake

Veracode, SonarQube, X-Ray

Scrum Master experience
