Summary
We are looking for Quantitative Analyst (Min 5yrs exp)ONSITE(Both Webcam and In Person interview)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience in a quantitative analyst or analytics role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (reports, datasets, workspaces).
Experience with Snowflake, including similar analytics environments.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Experience with data analysis, dashboard development, and usage monitoring.
Functional Skills
Experience with data governance, compliance, or monitoring frameworks.
Familiarity with self-service analytics environments.
Ability to support business users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Project / Product Skills
Experience supporting project or product management activities.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Experience with stakeholder communication and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise data platforms (EDP) or analytics COEs.
Familiarity with Power BI workspace governance and lifecycle management.
Exposure to Data Literacy programs or user training support.
Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms.
Proficiency in data extraction technologies (SQL, scripting, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools).
Proficiency in ETL processes and integration of data sources.
Proficiency in automating data acquisition and self-serve report design.
Proficiency in data visualization using various data visualization technologies.
