Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, mission-critical network and wireless communications initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for the planning, integration, and deployment of large-scale connectivity solutions that support enterprise-wide infrastructure.
You will be the bridge between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors, ensuring that our wireless and data network infrastructure is not only deployed on time but is also highly scalable, secure, and aligned with our long-term architectural goals. The ideal candidate has deep experience with carrier-grade networks, IoT connectivity, and the orchestration of complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Scope & Schedule Management: Drive program velocity while managing scope, schedule, and financials. Track dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure technical deliverables meet strict quality, performance, and security requirements.
Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate technical and operational roadblocks. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, ensuring project milestones remain on critical path.
Technical Strategy & Vendor Management
Technical Decision-Making: Facilitate complex technical evaluations and architecture discussions. Use data-driven analysis to provide executive-level recommendations on wireless technologies, deployment approaches, and vendor selection.
Requirements Governance: Lead the development and validation of service requirements. Ensure all technical requirements are vetted, traceable across design/delivery artifacts, and aligned with the enterprise architecture baseline.
Vendor Ecosystem Leadership: Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and contract alignment. Facilitate governance reviews, regular working sessions, and escalation forums to keep partners accountable to program objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate seamless coordination across diverse teams, including Wireless Engineering, Field Operations, Cybersecurity, IT, and Supply Management.
Executive Communication: Translate complex technical/architectural considerations into clear, concise strategy presentations and decision decks for executive leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
