Position Overview

We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the implementation of confidential requisitions and candidate functionality within Workday Recruiting. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while configuring and optimizing recruiting processes, security, notifications, and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Workday Recruiting solutions
• Configure confidential requisitions and candidate management functionality
• Design and optimize Workday recruiting business processes
• Configure notifications, alerts, and recruiting workflows
• Implement and maintain Workday security frameworks including domain, business process, and user-based security
• Support recruiting module enhancements and implementations
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security requirements are met
• Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing optimization efforts

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting
• Experience configuring confidential requisitions and candidate functionality
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
• Strong experience configuring Workday notifications and workflows
• Strong knowledge of Workday security models including domain, business process, and user-based security
• Experience supporting Workday Recruiting implementations and enhancements
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
