Role Overview:

We are looking for a full stack Tech- Lead to lead development pods building enterprise spring boot / React applications at our wealth management client. The candidate will bring expert-level Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS skills, combined with strong team leadership, code quality ownership, and the ability to guide the team through complex technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of Java engineers in design, development, and delivery of features
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices
• Design and build microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Work with ReactJS for full stack feature delivery where required
• Guide the team through entire SDLC life cycle and deployment
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA engineers
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and onshore teams on delivery progress

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of Java development experience with 3+ years in a tech lead role
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and Oracle DB
• Advanced understanding of Agile delivery practices
• Working knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Prior working experience on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Strong team handling and stakeholder communication skills
• Financial Services domain experience is a plus
