About the Role

This role involves delivering custom data warehousing solutions and building the future of analytics for a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The Solution Analyst will evaluate business needs, establish requirements, and recommend impactful data warehousing solutions. This position contributes to ensuring data accuracy and consistency while supporting data quality and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and establish requirements for data warehousing solutions.
• Create and maintain documents for data processes and models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Train and support users on leveraging business intelligence tools effectively.
• Support data quality and governance initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and assisting user testing.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytical concepts.
• Strong SQL skills. Power BI and Informatica knowledge a plus.
• Client does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Work Environment

• All positions are on-site.
