Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet both performance and safety standards. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design analysis to ensure the viability of designs.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
- Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
