NEED A DATA ARCH WITH VISION ON WHAT TOOLS TO USE
this person is going to be the finance/data architect
Would be responsible for all back office financial coding- fund accounting, firm accounting, tax, global payments, treasury, legal entity management- this person will be responsible for data and reporting analytics across these and reporting that leads into those segment
All data from these financial platform go into 10Ks- SEC reports etc, so they will be responsible fore developing those
Overall back office reporting and data analytics person
Not expecting them to be really deep in anything besides big picture
End to end- person would make decision for what we need to use, from his analysis snowflake is good but want this person to be good at understanding many diff data
Data architect- tech agnostic, snowflake, databricks, engineering data models, create data transformation, automize reporting- really like someone with a right mindset, what are the business needs
Data engineer/arch who is agnostic on tech to just develop their strategy
Exposure is good enough- need really good data architect
This person would manage pipelines of 2-3 million dollars
