How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead Enterprise-Scale Technical Programs:
Own and orchestrate complex, multi-pod initiatives spanning discovery, architecture, delivery, production launch, and post-launch stabilization. Define technical milestones, sequencing, and execution plans aligned to enterprise strategy, PI planning, and annual roadmaps. - Drive Cross-Tile Technical Alignment & Dependency Resolution:
Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, UX, DevOps, and Enterprise Technology teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient system design. Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies across backend, frontend, mobile, and platform domains. - Engineer Structured Release & Production Readiness Management:
Direct end-to-end release coordination across pods and partner systems, leading production readiness reviews, rollback planning, defect triage, and risk assessments. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow, CAB, security, and enterprise governance standards within a regulated healthcare environment. - Mitigate Program Risk Through Data-Driven Escalation:
Establish structured risk identification, mitigation, and escalation frameworks. Surface trade-offs early, serve as the escalation point for complex integration challenges, and drive clarity and accountability when scope, timeline, or quality risks emerge. - Elevate Delivery Excellence Through Actionable Metrics:
Define and own program-level KPIs (Cycle Time, Dependency Resolution Time, Release Predictability). Build leadership-facing dashboards that provide transparent visibility into program health while identifying systemic bottlenecks to improve forecast accuracy and operational reliability. - Enable Scaled Agile Execution & Systems Thinking:
Lead Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile forums to ensure coordination across pods within SAFe constructs. Support PI Planning with technical sequencing and dependency validation, aligning discovery, architecture, and delivery workflows to improve predictability and engineering standards.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and production operations (without necessarily being hands-on coding).
- Proven program leadership experience (5-8+ years) managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments; Healthcare experience preferred.
- Influence-driven leadership style , with strong executive communication skills, structured problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity; Agile or TPM certifications are a plus.
