Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with nCino banking solutions, Salesforce customization, and DevOps deployment processes.

This role involves developing and enhancing commercial and private lending solutions, integrating Salesforce capabilities with nCino modules to support financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

nCino Development

• Develop and customize solutions on the nCino platform.

• Work with core nCino functionalities including:

  • UI configuration

  • Product hierarchy

  • Collateral management

  • Credit underwriting (UW)

  • Docman

  • SmartChecklist

  • Customer Portal

Salesforce Development

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using:

  • Lightning Flows

  • Apex classes and triggers

  • Approval processes

  • Batch processing

• Write efficient queries using SOQL and SOSL.

• Build integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.

• Implement validation rules and automation workflows.

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage deployments and metadata using AutoRabit.

• Work within DevOps pipelines to manage:

  • Code commits

  • Merges

  • Deployments

  • Pull requests

• Maintain source control using Git.

Architecture & Design

• Contribute to Salesforce architecture and solution design.

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and platform scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable lending solutions.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce and nCino development.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification - Required.

• nCino 201 Certification - Required.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce Lightning

  • Apex development

  • Validation rules and workflows

  • Salesforce integrations

• Experience working with AutoRabit and DevOps pipelines.

• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Commercial Lending or Private Lending platforms.

• Exposure to financial services or banking domain solutions.
