Pay Rate: $75,000-$110,000+ annually
Pay Type: Hybrid Hourly + Production Bonus or Flat Rate (employee choice)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly

Good Karma is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician to join its team in Portland, Oregon. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, consistent workflow, and the freedom to take ownership of repairs. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose drivability concerns across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Complete engine repairs and cylinder head gasket replacement.
  • Perform clutch repairs, wheel bearing replacement, brake service, water pump replacement, and other mechanical repairs.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and routine maintenance services.
  • Write accurate repair recommendations.
  • Order parts needed for assigned repairs.
  • Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
  • Manage your workflow while maintaining high repair standards.

Qualifications

  • Six or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
  • Valid driver\'s license.
  • Own professional automotive tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus.

  • $75,000-$110,000+ annually
