Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers clients. As a DevOps Engineer, you will join the Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Build, deploy, and operate our platform and services, with an emphasis on automation, reliability, and secure-by-default delivery
Partner closely with engineers through collaboration and pair programming to improve CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot practices, and operational readiness
Build and manage solutions to support the enterprise API management capability along with supporting enterprise token services
Qualifications:
Kubernetes 5+ years
Helm Charts 4+ years
AWS (core offerings; certification preferred) 5+ years
Java and Spring Boot 5+ years
API Security 5+ years
Software development experience (e.g., ability to read/debug code and contribute when needed)
Preferred Qualifications:
CI/CD and GitOps
Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation)
API Gateway/API Management experience
Observability tooling (logging/metrics/tracing) and on-call readiness
Lua Programming
Collaborative delivery practices (pair programming, code reviews)
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
