Position Overview\\n
We are seeking a full-time Scientific Business Analyst to support our clients\' Formulations group. Reporting within the D&T organization, this role serves as the critical interface between laboratory science and information technology - translating scientific and operational needs into effective, scalable system solutions. The SBA will drive the strategic, end-to-end LIMS implementation, part of an organization-wide Digital Transformation Program spanning multiple upstream and downstream functions,

This individual will engage directly with scientists, laboratory operators, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, design workflows, validate solutions, and drive successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can ramp up quickly, operate independently, and deliver meaningful results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities - As the strategic liaison between scientific and IT teams, the SBA will own the following areas:
\\n
\\n - Stakeholder Relationship Management - Build and maintain trusted partnerships across scientific and technical teams
\\n - Requirements Elicitation & Process Mapping - Capture business needs, map current-state processes, and identify value-add opportunities
\\n - Solution Design & Implementation Support - Partner with IT to design and deliver system solutions aligned to business needs
\\n - Test Script Development - Draft and support execution of user acceptance test scripts
\\n - Change Management & Adoption - Drive end-user adoption and change readiness throughout implementation

Required Qualifications\\n
\\n - Strong pharmaceutical/scientific background, preferably within Formulation
\\n - Solid understanding of LIMS platforms, preferably LabWare
\\n - Working knowledge of Dashboards and Data Visualization
\\n - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\\n - Demonstrated leadership capabilities
\\n - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
\\n - Working knowledge of regulatory submission standards
\\n - A strong commitment to advancing Regeneron\'s mission of transforming "Science to Medicine" through optimized processes and digital innovation
