Role : Agentic Platform Gen AI Architect
Location : New Jersey(onside)
Experience 10 _15 Years of AI/GenAI experience
Looking for an Agentic Platform Gen AI Architect who has designed, build, and governed enterprise grade, autonomous, and multi agent AI systems, focusing on orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).
He/she should establish AI driven, scalable, secure, and high performance infrastructure, covering RAG pipelines, agentic orchestration, and LLMOps to drive enterprise AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic Framework Design: Create architectures for autonomous, goal oriented agents capable of reasoning, planning, and decision making.
Multi Agent Orchestration: Design systems that allow multiple agents to collaborate, using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
Platform Governance & Security: Define standards for agent evaluation, guardrails, security, and compliance.
LLMOps & MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines for fine tuning (PEFT/LoRA), deployment, and monitoring.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate business requirements into production ready AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise in GenAI & Agents: Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Python, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, LangChain, and vector databases.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for AI deployment.
Experience Level: Typically 5 15+ years in AI/ML, with a focus on modern generative AI techniques
