Lead product development and roadmap execution utilizing backward working processes to pinpoint customer pain points and opportunities.
Establish and communicate best practices for product requirements with cross-functional teams using customer-focused methods.
Analyze industry trends, specifically in Security & Loss prevention, to inform and evolve long-term product strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software meeting customer expectations and business goals.
Work closely with user experience, data engineering, and solution architects to develop user-friendly interfaces for complex workflow interactions.
Develop mechanisms to gather user feedback, consistently improving product performance and user experience across products.
Monitor project execution, managing risks, project progress, and ensuring quality to maintain the integrity of initiatives.
Ensure the scalability and maintainability of products through collaboration with diverse teams.
