Join our dynamic team in driving innovation within security and loss prevention technology by becoming a Principal Product Manager - Technical. This role focuses on creating value and enhancing user experiences through cutting-edge software solutions.
<>Responsibilities>- Lead product development and roadmap execution utilizing backward working processes to pinpoint customer pain points and opportunities.
- Establish and communicate best practices for product requirements with cross-functional teams using customer-focused methods.
- Analyze industry trends, specifically in Security & Loss prevention, to inform and evolve long-term product strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software meeting customer expectations and business goals.
- Work closely with user experience, data engineering, and solution architects to develop user-friendly interfaces for complex workflow interactions.
- Develop mechanisms to gather user feedback, consistently improving product performance and user experience across products.
- Monitor project execution, managing risks, project progress, and ensuring quality to maintain the integrity of initiatives.
- Ensure the scalability and maintainability of products through collaboration with diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of customer-experience, product management, and program management.
- Strong grasp of cloud-based software and web technologies.
- Proven track record in timely project delivery with a knack for proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in analyzing and applying industry trends within product strategy contexts.
- Background in fostering innovative solutions for complex security and operational challenges.
- Aptitude for working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a results-oriented approach.
