Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of project delivery experience to lead complex enterprise integration initiatives within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale integration projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions that support business objectives.

Experience with CRM implementations, ETL initiatives, Guidewire, or Verisk platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate across business, technology, vendor, and leadership teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, resource allocation, and project governance activities.

Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates to executive stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Oversee integration efforts involving enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party systems.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of external partner engagements.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives.

Proven experience within the Financial Services industry (required).

Strong track record leading enterprise integration projects from initiation through deployment.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and project teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM implementation projects.

Experience managing ETL/Data Integration initiatives.

Exposure to Guidewire platforms.

Experience working with Verisk solutions.

PMP, PgMP, or related project management certification preferred.
