POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Inadev is seeking a Quality Assurance/Testing Analyst to support software testing across the full development lifecycle, including system, integration, functional, performance, and 508 compliance testing using both manual and automated tools. This role requires hands-on experience developing test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts; executing automated and manual tests; analyzing requirements; and working with databases and compliance standards to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for testing software at various stages of development to include system, integration, functional, performance testing and 508 Compliance using manual and automated test tools.
• Responsible for generating test strategies, test cases and test plans.
• Performs requirements gathering/analysis, documentation of test plans and outcomes.

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a US Cit.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Northern Virginia/DC/MD area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT related field.
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT quality assurance and testing with demonstrated hands-on and/or training in areas of automated testing.
• Must have previous hands-on experience in software test design and testing methodologies.
• Must have previous hands-on experience in manual and automated testing utilizing tools like TestComplete and Load Runner.
• Must have previous hands-on experience generating tests scripts.
• Must have previous hands-on experience and familiarity with MongoDB or NoSQL databases.
• Must have previous hands-on experience writing and executing database queries.
• Must possess strong knowledge and familiarity with 508 Regulation and compliance testing tools.
• Must have previous hands-on experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
