User Experience Designer III (Contractor) i

Hybrid
- Extensive knowledge with modern development standards, techniques and methodologies (e.g., HTML, XHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
- Extensive experience of design fundamentals, such as color theory, typography and composition
- Influence UX visual and interaction designs and ensures they remain engaging to the customer
- Act as stakeholder in user readiness development plans, aligning self-help and training with user experience goals
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines across a broad variety of product categories and audiences
- Proactively draw out user experience or design issues and successfully address those issues to ensure projects stay on track to meet interim project milestones, project time/scope/quality/funding expectations
- Develop and recommend comprehensive user experience (UX) strategies
- Analyze the user experience by evaluating the applications end-to-end, seeking out opportunities for improved experiences
- Influence project team members and business partners by explaining the impact of designing/developing with the end-user in mind
