ServiceNow Architect

Introduction: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting skills, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design activities
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Create architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership to Agile delivery teams
• Drive ServiceNow platform adoption and business process transformation initiatives
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications and partner systems
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and alignment with platform best practices
• Mentor developers and provide architectural governance throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration frameworks
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture roles
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, and enterprise integrations
• Agile project delivery experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or custom application development
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Experience mentoring technical teams
