Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled
Sr. Engineer - IT Operations Support to join our Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of critical IT infrastructure and enterprise applications. You will lead complex incident resolution, drive root cause analysis, support service continuity initiatives, and contribute to automation and operational excellence efforts.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and network environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Lead resolution of complex incidents, escalations, and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.
- Execute maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and system updates.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripting and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Network Operations, NOC, Service Delivery, and Architecture teams.
- Support onboarding of new services by defining monitoring, alerting, escalation, and operational readiness requirements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of professional experience with at least 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations or Production Support environments.
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

$62,000-$92,000/per annum, i.e. the range is salary not including commission.The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company's good-faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate's designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales-based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside within approximately 1-1.5 hours' commuting distance of the local CBTS office/market they support. This is a
hybrid position, and candidates are expected to work
onsite two days per week. They must also be local to the assigned market and available for onsite client meetings and office visits as business needs require.
