Job Overview:
  • The Information Security Analyst is responsible for managing and reducing cybersecurity risks by developing and executing security processes, monitoring threats, and supporting global security operations.
  • The role involves incident response, threat detection, automation, and collaboration across teams to strengthen the organization s security posture.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains such as incident response, security operations, or threat detection.
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of information security and incident response processes.
  • Experience in automation and workflow development for security operations.
Experience:
  • Experience in incident response, threat detection, or offensive security.
  • Experience creating automation to scale security operations.
  • Experience identifying telemetry gaps in security monitoring.
  • Experience developing security metrics and reporting.
  • Experience leading complex security incidents and investigations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute security standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for alert triage and investigation.
  • Lead incident response, threat detection, or offensive security functions.
  • Develop automation and orchestration to reduce manual tasks.
  • Perform intrusion analysis and defensive investigations.
  • Drive audit, compliance, and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Manage and improve security tooling and platforms.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and deliver organizational security metrics and reports.
  • Define and implement logging requirements for threat detection.
  • Lead projects to reduce cybersecurity risks and impacts.
Should Have:
  • 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • Experience with purple team exercises and threat emulation.
  • Experience contributing to industry publications or conferences.
  • Professional security certifications.
Skills:
  • Incident Response and Threat Detection.
  • Security Automation and Orchestration.
  • Cloud Security (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • SIEM and EDR tools such as Splunk and CrowdStrike.
  • Scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Networking and Identity Management (Active Directory, Okta, SAML, OAuth).
  • Forensic Analysis and Investigation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Arts, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical Requirements:
  • Windows, Mac, and Linux systems knowledge.
  • Experience with forensic tools such as FTK, Encase, X-Ways, and SIFT.
  • Experience with M365 and Microsoft domain environments.
  • Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Okta, OpenID, SAML, OAuth, and JWT.
  • Experience with networking technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk and EDR tools such as CrowdStrike or Microsoft Defender.
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms, email security, and DNS security.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred.

  • Ability to work independently in a global environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and high-pressure situations.
