Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs from concept through prototype approval and production ramp, including design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability
  • Act as a key technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders (specification, design, layout, process, test, and product engineering)
  • Own key technical decisions from architecture through silicon bring-up, working closely with analog, layout, and digital design teams
  • Supervise and perform transistor-level design, simulation, verification, and validation (PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal, modeling, optimization) in collaboration with analog, layout, digital design, and validation engineers
  • Prepare materials for design reviews and maintain clear internal design documentation, including test requirements and validation plans
  • Guide lab and test engineers during measurement and validation of developed analog blocks
  • Generate new IP and support patent disclosures/filings, and mentor junior engineers through project work and technical guidance

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • PhD, Master's, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics, with an emphasis on analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design (or similar)
  • 10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design
  • Strong knowledge of Cadence EDA tools and circuit simulation; good knowledge of MATLAB or Python for system/behavioral modeling
  • Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design
  • Experience designing most of the following blocks: ADCs, DACs, AFEs. Experience with an AFE+ADC subsystem is a plus
  • Team player with excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills; ability to organize and prioritize work for yourself and others
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage
