Job Description Seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead to anchor onshore Application Support team for our customer.
This is a lead-level position responsible for overseeing the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle eBusiness Suite financial applications 12.2.13- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing and iExpense. The Lead will serve as the primary point of escalation for functional issues, drive solution design for complex business requirements, and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, offshore support teams, and technical development groups. All work is executed within a controlled SDLC framework and in alignment with customer global design standards.
12+ years of Oracle EBS Finance functional experience with at least 2 3 years in a lead role
Deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, and iExpense - configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design
Proven ability to lead onshore/offshore teams and manage competing priorities across support and project tracks
Hands-on experience with Oracle AR modules - AutoInvoice, Lockbox, AutoCash, Revenue Recognition, and AR close processes
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation across Oracle Finance modules - AP, AR, GL, and iExpense
Proficiency with Oracle Workflow, AME, concurrent scheduling, and interface/API-based automation patterns
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials configuration - Multi-Org, eBusiness Tax, SLA, AME, Payables, Receivables setup
Hands-on experience with Oracle Security design and audit compliance considerations
Demonstrated experience managing Oracle SRs and driving resolution with Oracle Support
Solid understanding of financial close processes (MEC/QEC/YEC) and AP reconciliation workflows
Experience documenting and governing SOPs in a controlled SDLC environment
