Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 and full-stack Java development to design, build, and support enterprise-scale content management and workflow solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise across Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, cloud, integrations, and messaging within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop IBM FileNet P8 solutions including content management, workflows, and integrations
- Implement content ingestion, metadata modeling, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation
- Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise systems using IBM MQ, REST, and event-driven patterns
- Build full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and JavaScript
- Develop and expose REST APIs and microservices
- Design and manage data persistence using PostgreSQL
- Deploy, configure, and support applications in AWS cloud environments
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise development standards
