Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Working with Customer to prioritize productions issues and enhancements;
Conducting weekly status meetings with NJDEP throughout the agreement; and
Authoring Monthly Status Reports throughout the agreement;
Contractor shall assist in migrating core functional modules from remaining PowerBuilder code base to NJDEP s next generation Pega platform with the existing Oracle database and other systems presently integrated with.
Core Software Upgrades: Customer expects to undergo core software component upgrades including Oracle database versions, Business Objects, Pega, and various hardware components. Contractor shall support and assist with maintaining system availability and functionality through the course of these upgrade efforts.
Designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructure and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud;
Using JIRA software to manage IT development projects;
Designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows
Managing, executing and completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies; and
Tableau development.
Senior IT Project Managers that satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP);
Certified as SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology;
At least five (5) years of experience in managing/executing/completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies;
At least four (4) years experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level);
At least five (5) years experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in public sector;
At least three (3) years experience working with Atlassian s JIRA Project Management Software;
Prior experience with NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processor is preferred.
