Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate lending and finance, with experience representing lenders and institutional clients in secured transactions.
Qualifications include:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
• 3-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and lending transactions
• Experience representing banks, private lenders, or other financial institutions

Proven ability to handle transactions involving:

• Loan origination, modification, and restructuring
• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Secured transactions involving commercial real estate
• Due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination
