Roles and Responsibilities

The primary technical requirement is strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, AG Grid, and Highcharts, with experience in Kafka and Azure. Beyond technical skills, we''re looking for engineers who can quickly integrate with an existing team, understand the business and technical landscape, and contribute value immediately.

• Strong hands-on development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
• Deep expertise in Angular (v12+), including component-based architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development
• Extensive experience building enterprise-grade data-intensive applications using AG Grid, including custom cell renderers, advanced filtering, sorting, grouping, pivoting, and performance tuning
• Strong experience with Highcharts for creating interactive dashboards, data visualizations, drill-down reports, and custom chart implementations
• Experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, and message-based integration patterns
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures
• Ability to quickly learn and become productive in new domains and systems
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving solutions to completion
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, code-generation platforms, or agentic coding frameworks to improve engineering productivity (preferred)
• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills
• Ability to rapidly understand and contribute within an existing architecture, codebase, and development processes
• Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams
• Proven ability to deliver business value quickly while maintaining high-quality coding standards, scalability, security, and sound engineering practices

Experience:

Mandatory skills

• Building complex enterprise web applications with large datasets and real-time data visualization requirements
• Designing highly performant Angular frontends integrated with .NET Core backend services
• Implementing reusable charting and reporting frameworks using Highcharts
• Optimizing AG Grid performance for large-scale datasets and interactive user experiences
• Working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with healthcare, analytics, or data-driven business applications is a plus
• Software Design and Best Practices: Apply software design principles such as SOLID and Domain-Driven Design. Understand code patterns and practices. Maintain currency in technical skills and industry trends.
