Educational requirement : 3i Infotech Inc will require a minimum of a bachelor s degree in computer science or a closely related field to perform these job duties.

Job Duties as follows:

• Partner with data engineers and analysts to process and transform large-scale data, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess data quality, identify patterns or anomalies, and provide insights to technical leads to support feature engineering and model development strategies.

• Analyze, refine, and decompose the requirements into fragments to derive modules required to initiate development.

• Implement machine learning models for predictive and classification tasks using industry-standard frameworks, adhering to scalability, performance, and accuracy requirements.
• Develop and maintain inference pipelines to operationalize models and generate outputs that are used for deeper analysis, enabling the identification of gaps, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate model results into intuitive dashboards and data visualizations, enabling business stakeholders to explore insights and make data-driven decisions.

• Design and build prototypes using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to validate proposed improvements.

• Conduct EDA on predictions to uncover anomalies, underperforming segments, and areas where targeted enhancements can improve performance.
• Continuously monitor model drift to ensure stable and consistent performance in production environment over time.

• Work with project leads and subject matter experts to review developed data science solution components, including modelling, preprocessing workflows, and Inference pipelines.
• Log and document issues identified during review and action items taken to correct them.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and explore opportunities to enhance performance and optimize processes to consume less compute and memory.

• Create a detailed technical documentation that explains the solution in both business-friendly and technical language to support cross-functional understanding and adoption.
