Role - Lead Solution Architect - GenAI and Copilot agents
Location - Princeton, NJ (Remote)
Mandatory Skills:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Design, prototype, and implement AI agent workflows and integrations using Copilot Studio or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/AI agent tools.
JD Role Purpose:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead feasibility assessments for AI/GenAI use cases across business units and clients.
- Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring modularity, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Evaluate platform constraints, integration risks, and guide teams on responsible AI practices (e.g., bias mitigation, explainability).
- Establish and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, performance monitoring, and responsible AI usage.
- Align AI agent strategy with the organization s technology roadmap.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.
Experience Level:
- 10+ years in IT solution architecture, with at least 3 5 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), APIs, and security best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/AI agent platforms is highly desirable.
