Graduate Engineer I, Land Development

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development group, in Frisco, TX. This position will assist in the design/planning land and site development projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE.

What you will do:
  • Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects
  • Perform drafting CAD work
  • Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
  • Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
  • Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors
  • Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Passed the FE exam
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
