Summary

Job Title: Junior Technical Product Owner (TPO) Optimizely CMS

Location : Mount Juliet, TN /Atlanta, GA - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
Gather and translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and detailed documentation
Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business teams for end-to-end delivery
Own and manage the product backlog and sprint planning
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
Drive delivery across CMS and eCommerce capabilities (content, catalog, checkout, orders etc.)
Ensure high-quality releases with clear acceptance criteria and minimal rework
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in: Product Ownership / Business Analysis / TPO roles
Strong hands-on experience with any CMS & eCommerce products
.NET Core ecosystem
APIs and integrations
