Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Change management analyst to support a major Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) project. This is a technical role-not an administrative one-focused on managing complex IT deliverables, version control, and vendor coordination.

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must be able to pick up equipment in person in Richmond, VA).
Location: Richmond, VA.

Shift: EST.

The Role

You will act as the "Program Librarian" and central point of contact for technical documentation. You'll be responsible for tracking, processing, and version-controlling hundreds of project deliverables (design docs, test plans, and work plans) between internal teams and external vendors.

Important Skills & Experience

IT Change & Release Management: 5+ years of experience using version control methodologies.
SDLC Expertise: Deep understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
Deliverable Management: Proven ability to manage, log, and track high volumes of IT work orders and design documents.
Vendor Coordination: Experience working directly with external vendors and cross-functional SME teams.
Technical Literacy: You must be fluent in IT verbiage (e.g., test plans, O&M requests, and deployment logs).
Healthcare IT (Big Plus): Previous experience in a healthcare IT environment is highly desired.

Key Requirements

Physical Residency: Must currently reside within the United States.
Equipment: Even though the role is remote, you must be willing to travel to Richmond, VA, to collect your hardware in person.
