Job Description:

We are looking for a Python Developer with 3-4 years of professional experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for relational databases.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
• Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Create unit and integration tests using PyTest or similar testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
• Use Git for source-code management and team collaboration.
• Support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and standard branching workflows.
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments and basic shell commands.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Celery, Redis, or Kafka.
• Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
