We are seeking an experienced Jack Henry Technology Analyst. This individual will serve as the bank's primary subject matter expert across the Jack Henry ecosystem, owning both the functional and technical support of the core banking platform and its adjacent modules. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the full Jack Henry suite from core SilverLake operations through digital banking (Banno), teller and branch systems (Argo Keys / Teller), business banking (Commercial Center), and financial intelligence tools (4Sight, Agiletics, Synergy). This is a high-visibility role that will interface directly with business stakeholders, vendors, and the broader technology team to ensure platform stability, optimization, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jack Henry Core and digital banking in a financial environment.
• Demonstrated functional and technical proficiency across multiple Jack Henry modules: Xperience, Argo Keys, Teller, Banno, 4Sight, Synergy, Agiletics, and/or Commercial Center.
• Strong understanding of core banking operations including deposits, loans, general ledger, and wire/ACH processing within SilverLake.
• In depth understanding of Deposits (DDA, MMA, TD, CDARs). Cross-divisional interfaces with other banking business area s such as Deposit Operations, Treasury, Front Office, Treasury Management, Finance, etc is a plus.
• Experience supporting or administering Banno digital banking platform (consumer and/or business).
• Proficiency with 4Sight reporting and analytics; ability to build and maintain custom reports for business and regulatory audiences.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and process improvements.
• Experience with system upgrade cycles, patch management, and regression testing within the Jack Henry environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a community bank or regional bank with Jack Henry as the core platform.
• Familiarity with Synergy document management configurations and imaging workflows.
• Knowledge of Agiletics investment/pledge accounting modules.
• Understanding of Commercial Center for business banking client administration.
• Background in banking operations, compliance, or audit support in a technology capacity.
• Experience with SQL or data querying to supplement SilverLake and 4Sight reporting.
• Jack Henry certification or formal training documentation a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical SME for the Jack Henry Core/Digital domains, SilverLake core banking platform across all business lines at IDB Bank.
• Administer, configure, and support Jack Henry modules including Argo Keys, Teller, Banno (digital banking) Netteller, WebEscrow, 4Sight (reporting/analytics), Synergy (document management), Agiletics, and Commercial Center.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, and Operations to gather requirements, configure system changes, and deliver solutions within the Jack Henry ecosystem.
• Manage and execute system upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with Jack Henry and internal IT teams; lead regression testing and UAT coordination.
• Design and produce custom reports and data extracts using 4Sight and SilverLake reporting tools to support business intelligence and regulatory needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues escalated from the helpdesk; coordinate with Jack Henry support on vendor-side defects and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation including configurations, workflows, integration maps, and SOPs; support audit and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with the Digital Banking team on Banno platform administration, feature rollouts, and end-user experience improvements.
• Support Synergy document imaging workflows, ensuring proper indexing, retention policies, and integration with core banking operations.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the Jack Henry environment; drive adoption of underutilized features to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as the Jack Henry technology voice, including vendor management, contract renewals, and third-party integration assessments.
