We are seeking a senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales modules) to lead solution architecture, complex customizations, integrations, and technical delivery. The role involves working directly with business stakeholders and coordinating with partners like Microsoft and Infosys to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales modules)

• Hands-on customization & configuration

• Development of Plugins and Workflows

• Strong .NET / C# development experience

• Good JavaScript experience

• Experience with Dynamics Portals / Power Pages

• Strong solution architecture & system design experience

• Experience with integration, performance, scalability planning

• Ability to lead client technical discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Strong understanding of coding best practices

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
