Job Title: Mainframe Developer (SRE)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with SRE mindset to support and enhance reliability of critical systems. The role involves production support, automation, incident management, and performance optimization in a z/OS environment.

Key Skills:

Strong experience in IBM z/OS
Hands-on with CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ
Good knowledge of JCL, REXX (or CLIST)
Experience in Production Support / Incident Management / RCA
Exposure to monitoring tools (OMEGAMON, Control-M, BMC, CA7)
Knowledge of performance tuning & capacity planning
Understanding of SRE / Automation / Reliability concepts

Experience:

8+ years in Mainframe (Development/Support)

Nice to Have:

DevOps / CI-CD exposure
Linux on Z / Cloud integration
