iCertis CLM Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote – EST Time Zone Only
Duration: 8–12 Months

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced iCertis CLM Implementation Consultant with strong enterprise-level implementation experience, preferably within the telecommunications domain. The consultant will be responsible for leading iCertis CLM implementations, data migration, integrations, solution design, configuration, and customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield and brownfield iCertis CLM implementations for enterprise clients.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate requirements into functional designs and best-practice iCertis solutions.

• Design and implement migration of structured and unstructured contract data from legacy and next-generation systems into iCertis.

• Develop and implement data migration pipelines from various source systems to iCertis.

• Configure and implement iCertis capabilities including Contract Generation, workflows, templates, and clause management.

• Work with iCertis AI capabilities including Vera Agents, Copilot, and Analytics.

• Design and implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce and SAP Ariba using ICI Connectors and REST APIs.

• Configure Icertis Native Sign and third-party e-signature platforms such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign.

• Implement and manage User Management and SSO authentication using SAML/OAuth.

• Apply promotion methodologies such as P2P and manage configurations across multiple environments and releases.

• Create project documentation including BRDs, Functional Specifications, test scripts, training playbooks, and user guides.

• Participate in architecture and solution-design activities and communicate technical solutions using architecture diagrams and design tools.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and release cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience implementing enterprise-grade iCertis CLM solutions.

• Experience with both greenfield and brownfield implementations.

• Strong knowledge of iCertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs.

• Experience with contract data migration and migration pipelines.

• Strong experience with iCertis integrations and REST APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, e-signature solutions, SSO, SAML/OAuth, and related enterprise integrations.

• Strong understanding of contract generation, workflows, templates, and clause management.

• Experience working directly with customers and leading requirements/workshop sessions.

• Strong solution architecture and documentation skills.

• iCertis certification is preferred.
