Responsibilities- Design and document technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend the best approach.
- Develop system designs, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements by working with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects and coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
- Manage projects through all phases, including planning, design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Develop testing plans and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Create implementation and data conversion plans for new or updated systems.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.
- Maintain clear and accurate project and technical documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, or technical project management.
- Experience leading projects in a large or complex IT environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
