What You'll Get To Do:Highly skilled and creative Intranet Designer & UX Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of our intranet experience using ServiceNow Employee Center Pro. This role blends technical expertise in ServiceNow with a strong foundation in user experience (UX) design, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital workplace for employees.
Design, Development and Configuration - Design/configure Service Now employee center pro as central intranet hub
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Customize ServiceNow widgets, pages, and themes using Service Portal and UI Builder
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to implement and test configurations.
Standards - Define and enforce standards for article structure, metadata, and tagging.
- Review submissions for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with publication guidelines.
- Ensure documents are updated as necessary in compliance with data schedules, classification, and retention
Collaboration and Enablement - Partner with content owners, SMEs, and process leads (e.g., HR, IT, Legal) to ensure timely updates and relevance of knowledge content.
- Facilitate workshops and training on knowledge contribution best practices
- Develop processes that ensure documents are updated per required schedule
Platform Optimization - Work closely with Microsoft & Service Now administrators and developers to enhance the knowledge portal experience, including taxonomy, searchability, and integration with intake forms
- Stay up to date with current trends and key tools capabilities to identify areas where configuration / development can lead to an improved experience
Metrics and Continuous Improvement - Monitor performance and usage analytics to optimize the portal experience
- Use analytics to identify gaps, inform content strategy, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify automation use cases that lead to the development of ROI driven improvements
Scope- This is an individual contributor role that manages and executes the process
- This reports into the IT Transformation Office with dotted line accountability to Marketing Department
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Education & Experience- Bachelors degree in graphic arts preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience designing and configuring portals in ServiceNow, especially Employee Center Pro
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, and Now Experience Framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Problem Solving- Ability to understand and action A/B testing in the design stages
- Identify areas of usability where the experience is not optimal and correct
Communications- Excellent communications and collaboration skills
- Ability to articulate complex designs into easily understood terms
Other Requirements- Service Now Certified System Administrator or Employee Center Certification
- Experience with FIGMA, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Background in HR, ITSM, or Digital workplace transformation projects

The wage of $85,000-$90,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
