Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into effective UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive front-end experiences.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, navigation, interaction patterns, and overall user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
- Identify usability issues and recommend design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design specifications and assets.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Create documentation and communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
