Financial Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Houston, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with a strong Accounting and Finance background to support forecasting, financial reporting, consolidations, and system administration activities within the SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Analyst will manage and maintain the SAP BPC platform, including forecasting and financial reporting activities
* Support monthly and weekly consolidation processes and close-cycle reporting requirements
* Perform master data maintenance, updates, and governance activities
* Execute data uploads, validations, reconciliations, and data movement between financial applications
* Support P&L reporting, balance sheet reporting, and financial analysis activities
* As a Financial Analyst, you will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, input schedules, and Data Manager packages within SAP BPC
* Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements
* Investigate and resolve reporting, data, and system-related issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Experience supporting financial reporting, consolidations, forecasting, and planning processes
* Hands-on experience with SAP BPC or similar financial consolidation platforms
* Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and month-end close processes
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT

Preferred Skills:
* SAP BPC administration experience
* Financial systems implementation or enhancement experience
* Experience supporting enterprise-level financial reporting and consolidation processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
