Java Developer - Full Stack

Java - FSD

NYC, NY - This is a hybrid position. 

Technical Background:
• 12+ years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency across both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong proficiency in React with deep understanding of core concepts including component lifecycle, hooks, context API, state management, and modern frontend tooling
• Should have work experience in Nodejs, React, Type script skill set
• Solid experience with TypeScript including type systems, generics, interfaces, and advanced patterns
• Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on experience building production applications using NodeJs
• Good understanding in Spring boot framework
• In-depth experience with API design and integration — building RESTful APIs, integrating with multiple external systems, handling authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, JWT), and managing data transformation across systems
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures with well-defined service contracts, inter-service communication, and API documentation
• Strong experience with SQL Server including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) in day-to-day development for coding, testing, and documentation
• Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
