As the first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on shaping how the market perceives and interacts with this transformative technology. You will work directly with the founders and the Product and Sales leads to define the company's voice, build the GTM engine from scratch, and translate technical AI capabilities into clear value propositions for finance leaders. This is a role for a strategic storyteller who wants to be close to the customer, turning deep market insights into high-impact launches and a roadmap-defining strategy.
Requirements

• B2B SaaS Expertise: Extensive experience in product marketing, ideally within the fintech or enterprise software space.
• Full-Cycle GTM Ownership: A track record of launching complex products and features into competitive markets.
• Exceptional Messaging: Ability to distill complex, technical concepts into crisp, persuasive storytelling for executive-level buyers.
• Commercial Mindset: Experience in competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and sales enablement that drives measurable revenue.
• Founding Mentality: A proactive approach to building marketing processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand Narrative: Own the positioning and messaging that defines the platform's unique value in the financial operations landscape.
• Strategic Launches: Execute the go-to-market motion for new AI-driven product capabilities and automated revenue workflows.
• Market & Customer Insights: Lead customer interviews and competitive research to identify buying triggers and influence product direction.
• Sales Acceleration: Build the sales enablement toolkit-including case studies, whitepapers, and sales decks-that empowers the team to win.
• Pricing & Packaging: Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing models and segmentation strategy as the business expands into new sectors.
