Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst. Key responsibilities include medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.

Responsibilities:
* Conducts operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit
* Applies standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for business insights
* Works extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies
* Utilizes all available sources to increase coverage of companies and data factors, transforming qualitative information into defined quantitative datapoints
* Uses databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling
* Drives related projects forward to build a more complex customer data environment with better tools and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder conversations, and translate business needs into actionable work items
* Project management or coordination experience is a plus
* Comfortable tracking tasks, managing timelines, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned would thrive in this role
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
