This is DAY 1 Onsite position working out of Omaha, NE Concentrix is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Onsite Developer to join our team and lead Salesforce implementations in 2026. This role is fully onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, and requires a professional with robust lead-level experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You'll be enhancing and supporting Salesforce solutions in a dynamic enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Deliver onsite Salesforce support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows and Process Automation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Lead and manage deployments, releases, and continuous Salesforce improvements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admins, QA, and business users.
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated lead experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience in a production environment supporting Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to working onsite 5 days a week in Omaha, NE.
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce support settings.

The base salary for this position is $$92,250 - $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
