AI Agents Engineer (LLM/ OpenAI/ RAG)

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable software systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience working with LLM APIs, AI APIs, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with OpenAI technologies, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms.
• Understanding of context management, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and multi-step agent execution.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, services, or other business systems.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, testing, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Experience implementing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, validation, and failure-handling strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or model optimization.
• Experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and modern AI engineering patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI workloads at scale.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production observability.
• Experience developing automated evaluation frameworks for LLMs and autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
