Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Config Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to support a critical integration initiative during the testing phase of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will be responsible for assessing the current environment, configuring and troubleshooting integrations between Windchill and SAP using the RIESS integration platform, and ensuring seamless synchronization of engineering and manufacturing data.

The ideal candidate will have completed multiple end-to-end Windchill/SAP integration implementations and possess deep expertise in BOM management, engineering change processes, and RIESS integration configuration.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have completed at least 2 Windchill/SAP integration projects using the RIESS integration toolset.
• Must have hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting RIESS integrations.
• Must have participated in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Windchill and SAP implementation projects.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA functional and integration knowledge.

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience with Windchill PLM administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes.
• Experience integrating engineering and manufacturing systems.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Ability to assess existing implementations and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Windchill PLM workflows and integrations.
• Design, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between Windchill and SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and maintain RIESS integration components.
• Support BOM synchronization and manufacturing data integration.
• Configure workflows related to ECNs, ECOs, and factory information management.
• Assess current-state integration configurations and recommend improvements.
• Support testing, defect resolution, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and SAP teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer as needed.
