AI Engineer – Oracle Managed Services
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions within Oracle Managed Services. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade AI agents that integrate with Oracle applications and platforms to enhance operational efficiency, automate diagnostics, and improve service delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong AI engineering expertise with hands-on Oracle technical knowledge and an understanding of managed services operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for Oracle use cases
· Build AI agent experience layers using tools like CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar
· Enable AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
· Develop AI coding assets and MCP-based integrations to support AI SDLC
· Design and implement integrations with Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS, OCI services) using REST/SOAP APIs
· Work with Oracle data models to enable context-aware AI workflows
· Integrate AI solutions with incident and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
· Collaborate with Oracle functional, technical, and infrastructure teams for delivery
· Support diagnostics, automation, and optimization of Oracle managed services operations
Required Skills and Experience
· Strong experience in AI/LLM development and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, MCP)
· Experience building AI agent front-end/experience layers
· Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI for AI deployment
· Proficiency in Oracle technologies:
o Oracle Fusion / EBS / OCI services
o REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o PL/SQL and Oracle data models
· Understanding of Oracle managed services and operational workflows
· Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow
· Strong problem-solving skills across AI, cloud, and Oracle domains
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI solutions for Oracle enterprise applications
- Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring, diagnostics, or automation in Oracle environments
- Exposure to secure AI deployment and governance models
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments

- Design and implement integrations with Oracle E-Business suite applications including Oracle Apps, ERP,
- Oracle Cloud applications or Software solutions, using REST and/or SOAP APIs
- Experience with automating end-to-end processes in Oracle E-Business Suite applications such as
- managing payroll HCM, tracking inventory in Supply Chain or generating financial reports
- Oracle platforms such as E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion cloud applications, JD Edwards and Net Suite
